★ Garbij Gremlinz ★

This is a generative art piece I created called "Garbij Gremlinz". I drew the little monsters using colored pencils, I drew the person in Adobe Illustrator, then I coded their animations in p5 using javascript.

I snapped the background photo when I was with my friend walking through an alley on the streets of D.C.. When I saw the "Good Friends" label on the trash can, the overturned shopping cart, and the grafitti, I immediately imagined this scene. I don't know why, everything was just laid out so perfectly.
