★ Under the Sea + Out of this World ★

These are a pair of black Air Force Ones I customized with leather paint and orange laces.

My friend originally bought the shoes plain and I was honored when she asked me to paint on them. She told me to "go crazy" :). I couldn't decide if I wanted to do an undersea or space theme, so I did both. I was so excited to get lost in those energies: the great beyond, both above and below. It was so therapeutic to work on these at my dorm room desk late at night, between blows of stress from assignments and the busyness of life.
