Hello and thank you for visiting my website! My name is Sascha Barnes and I am a freelance artist! I graduated from UCLA in 2023 with a B.A. in Design | Media Arts and a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media. I most frequently work with musicians, illustrating album covers or creating live show visuals, but I am open to commissions for graphics and illustrations of any kind. I work with a number of mediums both digitally and by hand. I often enjoy mixing them, redefining the creative process and pushing the boundaries of what illustration means to me.
I also create frame-by-frame animations and code video effects. I'm fluent in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and highly proficient in Unity, Cinema 4D and Touch Designer. I can code proficiently using javascript, HTML, and CSS. I built this very website using HTML and CSS :)
